These terms govern your use of ZexAI's website and services. By using zexaiinvest.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
ZexAI Ltd provides AI-powered receptionist, booking automation, and marketing services to trade businesses. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed in individual client agreements.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are payable before onboarding begins. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice.
You may cancel your monthly subscription with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We will provide the agreed services with reasonable skill and care. We aim for 99% uptime on AI receptionist services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
You agree to: provide accurate business information, use our services only for lawful purposes, not resell our services without written consent, and comply with all applicable laws.
All ZexAI software, workflows, and materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use them during the active service period only.
ZexAI's liability is limited to the monthly fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
